Every Auto Captain is verified in person by our team — Aadhar, driving license, vehicle insurance — before they ever pick up a rider. No self-serve driver signup.

Boarding only registers once your Auto Captain's exact verified QR is scanned — so there's never ambiguity about which ride, or which Auto Captain, you actually traveled with.
One-tap emergency dialing
Ambulance, police, and fire are always one tap away, directly from your profile — no digging through your phone's dialer.
Emergency numbers, always available
These are dialable in one tap from every rider's profile, at any time — not just during an active ride.
How your location is used
Your location is only used to suggest nearby stops when booking, and to show live auto positions on the map. An Auto Captain's live location is visible to riders only while they're actively on duty — it stops the moment they go off duty.
If something goes wrong
Every completed ride can be reported directly from the app — including specific categories like drunk driving, rash or dangerous driving, and rude behavior — so our team can follow up with the exact Auto Captain and ride in question, not a vague complaint with no way to trace it.
